Following on from a successful campaign in 2016, Ubiquity were chosen once again to design and deliver a campaign for NHS Gwent, targeting smokers who want help to quit. This campaign required services across the group, from branding & design to web development, digital marketing & usage of traditional media.

The Help to Quit Gwent website acts an information hub for people to visit and explore the different options available to them for quitting smoking. On the site, there is referral form where people are able to fill in their details and be contacted by NHS Gwent to look at creating a bespoke ‘quit smoking’ service for them. We have also designed a ‘Quit Kit’ that people can download via social media, as well as the website which is filled with facts, planners and calculators – all designed to help people chose the most appropriate method of quitting smoking.

Over the 6 month campaign, 363 people completed the referral form and received stop smoking support from their local services with a conversion rate of 10.26% (4 times the national average). Following on from the success, we have continued to work with NHS Gwent on their digital activity to help them reach their targets of helping people the people of Gwent, quit smoking.
