Solent Transport partnered with Ubiquity to spearhead the branding and marketing efforts for a ground-breaking multi-city Mobility as aService (MaaS) app. The Breeze app aims to revolutionise travel behaviours in the Solent region by offering sustainable transportation options. Through comprehensive research and strategic workshops, we developed a robust strategy, compelling value proposition, and complete brand identity to support the campaign's objectives and position it as the UK’s largest MaaS app.

Objective

The primary objective of the campaign was to promote theBreeze MaaS app and encourage the adoption of sustainable travel options among the public in the Solent region. Leveraging our access to the UKs largest dataset to uncover audience behaviours and combining innovative technology with strategic branding and marketing initiatives, we achieved the goal of driving awareness, engagement, and app downloads.

 

Strategy and Execution

Our approach focused on thorough data driven research and strategic development to create a cohesive brand identity and impactful marketing campaign.

 

Research and Strategy Development

Extensive primary and secondary research, along with collaborative workshops, informed the development of the campaign strategy.This included defining the value proposition and crafting a comprehensive brand identity, encompassing elements such as colour palette, brand copyright licensing, Sonic ID, tone of voice, and social media assets.

 

Branding and Marketing Execution

With a clear strategy in place, we executed the branding and marketing campaign across various channels. This included digital platforms, where digital audio and display channels played a significant role in driving engagement and app downloads.

 

Results and Impact

The launch campaign for the Breeze MaaS app exceeded expectations, achieving remarkable results and establishing Breeze as the largest MaaS app in the UK. Since going live in Summer 2023 and driven by optimisation, the launch campaign has delivered 4m impressions, tracking way above expectation.

Digital audio has delivered a LTR of 99% and contributed towards 14,000 app downloads, making Breeze the largest MaaS app in the UK.

The results were rocket-ish

Based on the research, we created wireframes to map out the new website's layout and navigation. These wireframes were then reviewed and refined with the company's stakeholders to ensure they aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Design

With the wireframes as a guide, we got to work on the design of the website.

We kept the design clean and modern with a focus on making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.

We also incorporated the company's branding to give the website a cohesive look and feel.

Webflow Development

With the design complete, I moved on to development using Webflow. This allowed us to create a responsive website that looks and functions great on all devices. We also integrated various features such as a contact form and live chat to make it easy for users to connect with the company.

Final

The end result was a website that was easy to navigate and provided a great user experience. The website received positive feedback from users and the company saw an increase in user engagement and conversions.

In conclusion, with a little bit of research, wireframing, design, and Webflow development magic, XYZ's website went from being a maze to a smooth experience for users."
