Radian Homes appointed us as their ‘go-to’ agency for advertising campaigns over five years ago. The campaigns tend to focus on direct response – either to drive the sales of homes via Help to Buy or Shared Ownership, or drive attendees to their Help 2 Buy events.
We were recently tasked with driving first time buyers to Radian’s Help to Buy events in the Autumn of 2017. The events were held in Oxford, Swindon, Salisbury, Reading, Bristol & Hampshire.
We planned the campaigns with the client, opting for mostly traditional media to create mass awareness. The campaigns utilised key outdoor sites such as the Backlights at Bristol Temple Meads and roadside B48 sheets and 96 sheets, as well as 48 sheets on key arterial routes for each area aimed at the primary target audience. This was combined with local press advertising to appeal to the secondary audience – the parents of potential first time buyers.
