We’ve been working with Pelican Healthcare for over a year. An acquisition led to a rebrand of their home delivery service. Respond was born out of in-depth research, workshops and collaboration, resulting in a new brand and new messaging that built on their history, legacy and vision.
The new brand was the result of over 6 months’ work. Respond deals in a very sensitive subject area, but one that makes a difference to people’s confidence and ability to live well which set the tone for the new brand.
The positioning changed from product led to being about the life of the person. It became about ‘making life better’.
So what did we do? We put real people at the heart of the product. A photoshoot was required to show the product benefits. And where better than putting some of the products to the test than going for a swim!
