Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media/PPC)

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to work as part of our digital team. The position is based at the head office in Cardiff (3 days in office / 2 days remote) and the successful candidate will be working as part of the wider team to help deliver against strategic client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in digital marketing on behalf of businesses. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and ready to get stuck in, in a fast-paced agency environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Management & creation of digital marketing strategy to achieve client business objectives
  • Advertising budget management
  • Social media management (Organic content & paid advertising – Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn)
  • Search, video & display (PPC) advertising management (Google, Bing)
  • Email marketing creation, design, and management (Including GDPR Compliance)
  • Copywriting and online content generation (Blogs, website copy etc.)
  • Website maintenance (WordPress, Squarespace)
  • Assessment and reporting of digital marketing performance / ROI
  • Briefing developers and designers on creative concepts
  • Business development (Proposals, tenders, and pitches)
  • Attending product launches and networking events
  • Acquiring insight into online marketing trends to keep client strategies relevant


  • At least 2 years’ experience working within a successful marketing role
  • Experience in social media scheduling tools and Facebook Business Manager is essential
  • You must have experience data-diving on Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding people skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of people.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and creative mindset, constantly pushing yourself to achieve bigger and better results.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft social media posts that influence, engage and prompt action from the audience.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use insight to further develop campaign success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
