The National Fostering Agency and its local Partner Agencies (NFA Group) is one of the biggest and most respected fostering agencies in the UK, which places the welfare of children and young people at the centre of its work.

Working closely with Local Authorities, the NFA Group is dedicated to providing the highest quality placements to children and young people, having provided foster care to over 2,800 foster children throughout the UK.

The main objective was to build brand awareness and advocacy of the NFA Group via its social media accounts.

The core focus of the brief was to spread awareness about the high demand for foster carers, the positive stories produced by the work of the NFA Group and to encourage prospective foster carers to apply.


We created monthly content plans that consisted of well-written, engaging content for seventeen different pages across the NFA Group’s social platforms.

Inspiring, eye-catching graphics were produced using innovative concepts each month, providing a platform for both existing and prospective carers to discuss fostering whilst dispelling many of the myths that frequently surround the fostering process.


Our management of their social accounts resulted in a communal place for all current foster carers to provide both support and encouragement amongst themselves which has been hugely positive for the fostering community.

Our approach had a substantial effect on the NFA’s social footprint and the reach of the brands, which provided a platform for the NFA Group to allow current carers to become brand advocates.
