Summary.

Brief.

Ubiquity were appointed to design and develop a new website for the charity. The website target’s a range of audiences which includes but is not limited to the charity’s members, supporters, fans, potential sponsors, grant applicants, partner charities and current Wasps players. As there is such a diverse audience the website needed to have a clean User Experience (UX) with clear Call to Actions (CTA) for people wishing to apply for grants and or make donations.

Approach.

The design team initially got to work by mapping out the required root of the website along with the pages and functionality required. Whilst this process was taking place the development team got to work with researching the architecture and third party support (plugins) required to make to the website fully robust and functional.
The design created is modular and hierarchical with clear consistent CTA throughout making it easy for users to apply to become a member, donate or apply for a grant at all stages through the website.

Outcome.

The website is now live and fully functioning. Ubiquity and Wasps are both intrigued to see how many more leads the refreshed website gains now the UX is simplified.
