Integrated Marketing Campaign

NHS Help Me Quit is a central signposting service for smokers and provides access to all NHS stop smoking services in Wales to people who are looking to quit smoking.

We were tasked with increasing the visibility of the NHS stop smoking services and generating deeper engagement with their Welsh audience.

The NHS outlined two distinct audiences that we needed to reach: those wanting to quit, and those who regularly come into contact with people who smoke.

approach.

Market research was key to creating this campaign and helping us to target smokes in Wales, of all ages, who had previous considered quitting smoking.

By being brave and honest, we developed a fully integrated marketing campaign that was made up of above the line and direct response advertising.

outcome.

Through our understanding of how perceptions change between different audiences and by using different messaging, the campaign was a huge success.

The campaign launched across Wales in a prime-time spot straight after Emmerdale on ITV Wales, supported by a pan-Wales digital and outdoor campaign.
