Southwestern Ambulance Service NHS Trust (SWASFT) are responsible for the provision of ambulance services across 20% of mainland England. Ubiquity have worked with SWASFT since 2019 enhancing their recruitment process and achieving great success in placing qualified healthcare professionals.
The primary objective of our partnership is to implement data-driven marketing techniques to enhance SWASFT's recruitment advertising efforts. By leveraging data analytics and targeted advertising, we aim to reach potential candidates effectively, improve candidate quality, and streamline the recruitment process. The roles we recruit for range from senior board members through to flexi hours contracts and 111 advisors. Each month we run multiple campaigns recruiting for different positions across the organisation.
We conduct data analysis to identify key demographic segments and geographic areas with a high potential for qualified candidates. We also look at those showing digital behaviour trends around interest in medical field occupations. This analysis helps us pinpoint the most effective channels and messaging strategies to reach and resonate with the target audience, which can differ depending on what role we are advertising for.
Based on the insights gathered, we develop customised advertising tailored to specific audience segments and recruitment needs. These campaigns are deployed across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and job boards, to maximise reach and engagement. Our capabilities also cover media choices within specialist print and publisher journals.
Throughout the campaigns, we continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our advertising efforts. By tracking key performance indicators such as click-through rates, application rates, and candidate quality, we are able to identify areas for optimisation and refine our strategies accordingly.
